Our workshops encouraged participants to upcycle furniture and create handmade pieces to adorn the new space. Other sessions also offered environmentally conscious creativity, upcycled film making and recycled plastic was used to produce art!

9 Facilitators - leading 6 x 5-session and 3 one-day programmes Freelance Marketing Lead (10 days) & 2 Evaluation Interns from Lancaster Uni 6 paid Workshop Assistants, supporting young people in sessions 15 Volunteers, offering 105 hours of support for the workshops and event 10 event professionals & performers (including 6 local young musicians) £11,700 invested into local freelance creative workforce

Our facilitators are not only highly experienced within their creative and arts-based field, they also have extensive experience of youth work. Here's the impact that had on nurturing creativity in the young participants. “Refreshed and relaxed, my knowledge has grown like a grand oak tree”  "The workshop made me feel like I can be creative and try new things. "The instructors encouraged me to think outside the box, and it made me excited to explore photography more.”
