We are now ending our crowdfunding — and thanks to you, we're funded. Together, we've raised £10,206 for the Family Transitions pilot at Luddenham School in Swale. A 12-week, trauma-informed wellbeing programme for children navigating family change — delivered by trained school staff, embedded for the long term. Every pledge made this possible. After discussion with Spacehive and Crowdfund Kent, we have decided to scale our pilot to one school — Luddenham School, Swale — to ensure we can deliver the programme at the quality and depth it deserves. We are proud to announce that we will still have the support of Kent County Council, who will still pledge £6,131 to our campaign. The 12-week Family Transitions programme is unchanged — the content, methodology, CPD certification, and train-the-school model remain exactly as planned. Luddenham School will receive the full programme: staff training and implementation oversight, pupil resources, a parent workshop and a complete evaluation. We are now funded and ready to deliver a pilot be proud of. Kim and Tara
A huge thank you to you all for your donations. We've reached £9,498 of our £17,280 target — and this morning, Luddenham School raised a further £294. Every contribution is making a real difference. We're keeping this crowdfunder open for a couple more weeks and yesterday, 9th May, we launched our digital raffle.
