More about our impact
The environment
6 people have used the project to establish that an ebike can help them avoid buying a car. One regular member has sold his car. Neighbours are now planning a car share initiative.
Volunteering, jobs & education
The project has assisted numbers of Welsh start-up ebike-share schemes
Arts, culture & heritage
The project has given Mount Pleasant residents easier access to local sites and venues including the Llansamlet Climbing Hangar, the Clydach heritage centre, the Llanelli wetland centre and the Pontardawe Art Center
Activity, health and leisure
Our ebikes are inspiring people to be more active and discover Swansea's many wonderful green river, canal and seaside paths and cycle-routes. They have given opportunity to participate in various leisure groups like Wheelwright's cappuccino rides and our local area co-ordinator also uses them to engage people who would otherwise lack the confidence to participate.
