More about our impact
The environment
Our photography of the local landscape and green spaces helped participants develop a deeper connection with nature and inspire conversations about conservation and sustainability.
The local economy
The project has helped the economy by developing participants' creative skills and confidence, particularly for those interested in finding employment in creative industries.
Volunteering, jobs & education
This project has increased opportunities for volunteering, employment or education by enabling participants to develop transferable skills such as communication, creativity and project planning. Two participants are currently completing their paperwork to volunteer within SVP Chorley Buddies.
Arts, culture & heritage
By providing opportunities for participants to explore places, scenery and traditions through creative expressions.
Activity, health and leisure
A group of our participants walked to and from our weekly sessions and all participants have started doing creative artwork at home and in the evenings which is a massive support to their mental health.
