The veterans experienced improvements in weight management, as well as increased strength and endurance. By participating in regular boxing sessions, they enhanced their coordination, agility, and flexibility, and all participants reported a boost in their confidence regarding their physical abilities. Additionally, the camaraderie developed during the training sessions created a sense of community and belonging. This supportive network contributed significantly to their overall well-being
