CircusFit was created in 2013 by Hester as a fitness class using circus aerial equipment. CircusFit then became a teacher training organisation in 2014, providing teaching certifications in Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, CircusFit Flyers, Antenatal Aerial Yoga, and Trapeze FIT. By providing training to teachers in UK and Europe, CircusFit has grown enabling more and more people to access and experience the benefits of aerial training. Benefits include: hanging, decompression of joints and spine, supported inversions, supported-in-hammock relaxations, high-intensity low-impact body weight training, weight loss, increased confidence and self esteem. CircusFit has become a community, and has changed people's lives. We need CircusFit to come home to Deptford! Deptford has been Hester's home for 13 years, where she lives with her family and two children aged 7 and 1. Hester is passionate about sharing the benefits of aerial fitness training with her community, her friends, colleagues, fellow parents and professionals, the young, the elderly, the disabled, and people suffering with chronic pain conditions.
