The podcast enabled people to talk about their culture and to share stories, for example Ruby talked about her life living in an Indian community, and then being exiled. Adam talked about being a Muslim, and how the cultures they follow don't always fit into Western society. Jim talked about Chester and Blacon 70 years ago, how it has changed, and we have been approached by Chester heritage society who have promoted the episode for us.

Activity, health and leisure

2 personal trainers have been interviewed, talking passionately about health, and exercise, and their person journey. Shirley talked about her cancer journey and what we can all do to support people on a similar journey. Tom talked about his mental health journey, giving us all tips on how we can support ourselves, promoting the Wilderness tribe who have promoted us. Finally Jim talks about dementia.
