Hello Build Up are extending the application deadline for our Project Lead role to Tuesday 4th June. The role will involve supporting our team deliver Build Up Hackney and coordinating design and build projects with young people across London. Full details at www.buildup.org.uk/joinus. Hello, We have now confirmed Build Up Hackney build dates for this Summer and have begun recruiting the project team from Cardinol Pole Secondary School, Berger Primary School and Hackney Quest. TWO PAID PLACEMENTS FOR LOCAL YOUNG ADULTS (AGED 18-23) Thanks to the support of Wick Award, two paid roles are on offer as part of this project. One is focused on design and construction, and one focused on youth and community engagement. The roles will be one day a week between 29th April and 20th September, with additional days during May half-term and the summer holidays. The roles are paid at London Living Wage (£10.55/hour). We did it!!!!!!!!!!! At 10pm last night we successfully hit our target and Build Up Hackney is now officially funded!! Thank you for your support in getting us here!
