London Devils back our project!5 years ago

The London Devils have backed our project! Team captain Frank tells us why they have got involved: "This year the London Devils enter their 30th year at Ally Pally. With this long association and a host of fond memories to go along with it, it was a very easy decision to support this project. We want to help improve the conditions for everyone at this historic venue – from beginner & junior clubs all the way up. With everyone’s help, hopefully we can reach the target and add another great chapter to this storied rink’s history." Please make a pledge and support our project today. As well as supporting ice hockey in North London, you will be helping Alexandra Palace to recover from the impact of the pandemic and return better than ever.

Huskies back on the ice in the South Cup!5 years ago

The Haringey Huskies return to action this weekend in the National Ice Hockey League South Cup. Their first two matches in the round robin format are away to Slough on Saturday 13th March, then at home versus the same opponents on Sunday. The Huskies were Division 2 East champions last season and are recently promoted to elite status. They are desperate to play in front of their fans again as soon as they can, but in the meantime we have worked hard to make sure these matches can happen behind closed doors in a COVID secure way. Please follow the Huskies on social media, and please support our project to raise money for a new Plexiglas screen at Ally Pally ice rink if you can. We've made a great start, let's keep going! Every pledge makes a difference! Our local paper the Ham & High has written about the project here: https://www.hamhigh.co.uk/sport/fundraiser-launched-to-improve-alexandra-palace-rink-7814200

The London Rangers are backing our project!5 years ago

One of 11 hockey teams currently based at Alexandra Palace, The London Rangers have the longest-running association with the ice rink. Directly and through their network, they have managed to raise an incredible £15,000 for this project so far - an incredible achievement! This is why they got involved: “The London Rangers are happy to donate and show our commitment to ice hockey and to Ally Pally. We feel it is important to invest in this project to develop the game of hockey in such a great and historic venue as well as continue our club’s legacy that’s been going for 30+ years in Alexandra Palace.” Thank you!
