Members' joy at receiving Kindness Packs6 years ago

All members received their Kindness Packs last week and we have received some lovely feedback as a result. One member said: "Thank you so much for the surprise package that arrived last week! What a lovely idea and so thoughtful. The idea that we could all put the kettle on, settle down to a cuppa and a biscuit whilst having a go at a puzzle, despite the fact that we cannot be together is lovely! Excellent member care."

It's an exciting and busy day at HQ. Not only is this the first time we have had volunteers back in the building, but they are kindly giving up their time today to help get envelopes stuffed full of the goodies to be sent out to our members in the next couple of days! Thank you all once again for making this happen!
