It definitely lifted their spirits, improved their mental health and wellbeing at this challenging time. Members said things like: "It was so heart warming when I opened my parcel and it made me feel great as I am 88 and still shielding and have not been out since March, thank you so much." "I was thrilled with the pack, thank you, I can actually see the crosswords." "Thank you all so much for the lovely parcel of goodies which arrived a few days ago. It was most kind of you. The Crosswords will give me hours of fun for ages!" "I am delighted with the kindness pack it made my day when that arrived. It was very, very thoughtful and so unexpected."
