Change & Integration is a regionally mandated partnership programme jointly funded by the nine Directors of Children’s Services and the Integrated Care Board across Cheshire & Merseyside. Our role is to bring together local authorities, health partners and the VCSE sector to design and deliver transformation programmes that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
We operate at a system level, supporting place-based and regional priorities through collaborative programme leadership, shared learning and practical problem-solving. We work alongside leaders, practitioners, and lived-experience partners to co-produce solutions to complex challenges, ensuring improvements are informed by practice, evidence and the voices of children and families.
Change & Integration provides programme and project management expertise, supports the spread of effective practice, and enables consistency where variation creates inequity. By convening partners, aligning approaches and supporting implementation, we help the region move from isolated initiatives to sustainable system change.
Our work is grounded in strong relationships with local authorities, health systems and VCSE partners, and is shaped by the priorities of system leaders to deliver integrated, inclusive and preventative services. Through this approach, we support Cheshire & Merseyside to respond collectively to shared challenges and deliver meaningful, lasting improvement for children and families.
