Young Adventures is a new youth provision organisation/group for children and young adults ages 11-18 years with or without additional or complex needs. Those with additional complex needs can gain the support continuously until they are 25. We try and cover all areas of social recreational projects and activities, as well as working with schools to support individuals who are preparing for exams, college or employment. Also, we support parents who are raising children who may have any additional or complex needs to find the right educational centre to suit individual needs. We are based with the heart of Leicester in Highfields within a community centre providing these services but we don’t have an office, Young Adventures cover the areas of city and county areas of Leicester. Young Adventures is producing a keeping active programme for all young people who can not go to the gym to keep fit. They will gain a better physique and learn designing and dancing skills.

Why it's a great idea:

Young Adventures will bring out the confidence in children and young adults. We will guide those who are in their final years of secondary school and we will give them a healthier physique which will improve their wellbeing. As well as gaining confidence in taking part in a Caribbean festival and showing off their craft through a record of achievement file.

The project will allow all young persons to keep up their well being and physique, as well as doing all the other activities provided. Keeping well, healthy and gaining progress shown in the record of achievement files of each year of being at Young Adventures.
