Writtle Cricket Club was established over 170 years ago. Cricket was first played on Writtle Green but the Club moved to the Sports field in Paradise Road in the early 1960s. It is now part of a well established and thriving Sports and Social Club.
The Club has two senior sides competing in the T Rippon Mid-Essex league and a successful Colts section for all ages.
The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
