Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Winnington Park Cricket Club membership subs have been impacted, and of course our bar has not been open, all provide much needed funding. These revenue streams are critical to the functioning of the club. We still have bills to pay, the ground still needs maintenance. Any support that members and friends can provide during this time would be a great help and would ensure that we can pay our bills and reopen as soon as this crisis is over. When we do get to play cricket this season, we will start with one big party, and get together. Should we manage to raise funds via Spacehive, and if we were successful in raising at least £100, then this would be cash matched with another £100. Playing and enjoying cricket and ensuring we are in a strong position, once the restrictions are lifted, is the priority. We need to be in a position to pay the bills, and maintain the ground, before that return is allowed.
