The idea
The team at Walk With Walker have a vast amount of skills and knowledge of the creative industry that we have to offer to the public. For those who want to get into the industry or just want to do it for fun, this will be a chance for them to join our workshops to gain insight knowledge and experience that they can use in the future.
We plan to hold acting, photo/videography, editing and sound mixing workshops. Everyone will have the opportunity to join more than one workshop so their choices will not be limited.
What we'll deliver
- Deliver the 4 different creative workshops.
- Give those the opportunity to showcase their talent and do some projects with us.
- Recommend those involved the opportunity to be in contact with different industry professionals.
Why it's a great idea
Our team will give the public the opportunity to work with us on projects so they can gain as much experience as possible. We would recommend them to different clients who may need someone in one of the particular creative fields to work with them as this will also give the person exposure.
For those doing the Acting workshop, we will be able to help them with their showreel that will kickstart their career.
Steps to get it done
- Reaching out to the community and getting people involved.
- Conducting the workshops for the whole month.
- Booking out the white studio space.
