The idea
We aim to provide free football sessions at Vision Football Factory in Tamworth. Offering engaging football training every week, supporting young people with low self-esteem/confidence, and conditions like ADHD, providing an inclusive space where they can develop skills, build friendships, and feel part of a community.
Football is a lifeline for young people seeking an outlet and a sense of belonging. Our structured sessions will:
-Improve focus and discipline (especially for those with ADHD)
-Build confidence and resilience
-Encourage friendships and social skills in a welcoming setting
-Sessions will include fun drills, small-sided games, and a strong focus on personal growth.
-We will engage YP in positive activity, equip them with key life skills an empower them to lead happier healthier lives.
We envision a thriving community of young players with greater confidence, ability, and self-belief. This is more than a project—it’s a game-changer for young people in Tamworth.
