We're a welcoming, family friendly club in Dorset offering a chance to play or get involved in cricket at all levels through our juniors, womens and mens section.
We love seeing new players and volunteers join. The below gives you a taster of what we offer
- Our men's and women's seniior teams has 3 evening league teams and 2 Saturday league sides for the short 2020 season.
- Our Juniors 'Puddletown Puffins' section (age 5-16) offers ALL STARS (where we were the 3rd largest centre in Dorset in 2019) as well as regular winter and summer training and league formats.
- Our rapidly growing women's and girls 'WAGTAILS' section started in July 2019 and now has over 30 players with regular training all year round and winter indoor league format as well as Softball and from 2020 Hardball tournaments and matches.
Our teams are competitive and inclusive where we especially like to bring junior players through to adult cricket.
We have over 8 ECB level 1 and 2 accredited and enthusiatsic coaches at the Club to help all players from starting out and skills progression.
As you'll see from our Facebook pages (note the Men's section has a separate page) , we also have regular social and fundraising events across the club, managing to not take ourselves too seriously! Looking to the future, our ambition is to continue to grow and thrive, outlined in our club vision (see below) and where we have some exciting development plans.
