The idea
A circular hopper route one hour in length has been created to link residential areas to the town centre and local surgery which is on the edge of town. Uppingham town centre is on a hill and many of the elderly have trouble walking uphill to town. the Hopper will provide an hourly circular service run by volunteers Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
