The idea

The Wellbeing Project provides safe, welcoming spaces designed to combat isolation, promote mental and physical health, and nurture peer support networks—especially for individuals excluded from mainstream services. Activities include weekly wellness sessions such as gardening, yoga, mindfulness, and art therapy, alongside therapeutic art lounges offering creative outlets, mental health support, and guidance on benefits and wellbeing.

We are seeking £5,000 to expand and enhance these initiatives, helping more people access free, culturally sensitive wellbeing activities.
