The idea
This will be the 10th anniversary of the annual street party hosted in Crayford Road. The street party is a Community Celebration for all residents from local Tufnell Park streets.
The street party is always free for all. And everyone is welcome. We crowdfund only to make sure we can realise everything.
We provide activities for children, such as a bouncy castle, a paddling pool, a safe play corner for smallest ones, face painting and many fun games such as tug-of-war and the egg-and-spoon race.
There will be decorations, music, live music, a performance by children from the wonderful charity Amberliegh (http://www.amberliegh.org.uk/about-us), for who we will fund-raise as well, there will a cake competition and barbecue, lots of specialties prepared by the locals, and much more.
The street will be free of cars and closed to traffic for safety and everyone's enjoyment.
