TeenBridge CIC is a structured 6-week empowerment workshop designed for young people aged 11 to 18. The program focuses on building confidence, resilience, and life skills through interactive sessions and guided support. By providing a safe and inclusive environment, TeenBridge CIC aims to inspire personal growth, encourage positive decision-making, and empower young participants to navigate challenges and achieve their full potential.
I am running the TeenBridge CIC empowerment workshop to address the growing need for early intervention and support among young people aged 11–18 who may be facing a range of social, emotional, or environmental challenges. This initiative stems from a commitment to equip young individuals with the tools, confidence, and mindset necessary to thrive during a critical stage of personal development.
The program is designed to:
-
Promote self-esteem and resilience through structured group work, creative activities, and mentorship.
-
Provide a safe space for young people to express themselves, share experiences, and build peer support networks.
-
Develop essential life skills, including communication, decision-making, goal-setting, and conflict resolution.
-
Reduce risk factors related to antisocial behavior, disengagement from education, or mental health struggles.
-
Strengthen community connection by fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
By running TeenBridge CIC, I aim to create lasting positive change in the lives of participants, helping them to make more empowered choices, improve their emotional wellbeing, and build a stronger foundation for their future. The long-term impact of the program is expected to be reflected in improved school engagement, reduced behavioral issues, and more confident, capable young people who feel seen, heard, and supported.
