The idea
The money raised in this campaign will be spent of the purchase and installation of a concrete outdoor table tennis table situated on flat ground near to the play area and paths. If we are successful, Vision Redbridge have kindly agreed to pay for all the grass matting to ensure protection of the ground and usability throughout the year.

Why it's a great idea
Elmhurst Gardens serves its local community well and is enjoyed by all ages and abilities. The play area and tennis courts are well used and a permanent table tennis table would be a welcome addition to these facilities. It can be used by all, including a number of wheel chair users who enjoy the park but currently have no facilities they can access and also our teenagers and young adults who enjoy visiting the park. In short, a facility for all users.
