Helping Rocklands Cricket Club meet essential payments during the COVID-19 pandemic
Rocklands CC has around 100 senior and junior players with about 80 playing regular hardball cricket as part of junior teams from Under 9s to Under 17s and senior teams playing on Saturdays, Sunday and an Over 40s midweek social team. However, with the significant loss of potential income caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Contributions would be welcomed to meet unavoidable expenditure (insurance, maintenance, etc.). This will help us to be in a great position when we are able to start playing again.

Raising funds will help to meet the shortfall caused by the global pandemic. If we can maintain a healthy financial position then we will be able to deliver our usual standard of facilities, coaching and cricket related activities as soon as we are able to begin playing and practicing again.

VolunteerWe are a sociable club aiming to provide competitive and social cricket and welcome players of all ages and abilities.
Senior Cricket
We have two senior Saturday teams. Our 1st XI plays in Division 4 of the Norfolk Cricket Alliance and for 2020 our 2nd XI will play in Level 4 of the Norfolk Cricket League. We also have a midweek T20 team, a Sunday friendly team and an Over 40s team who also play midweek evening fixtures.
Youth Cricket
We have an Under 11 softball group including an Under 9 softball team as well as hardball teams at Under 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17 age groups. We provide weekly coaching sessions which are lead by experienced Level III County Coach and ex-professional Steve Goldsmith along with Level II coach Matt Mann. All our coaches are ECB qualified coaches and DBS vetted. Softball coaching is usually held on Sunday mornings 10am-11am, including All Stars Cricket (5-8years) and Dynamo Cricket (9-11 years).
