More about our impact

More about our impact

The local economy

The local economy

Being able to offer funded places to representatives from local sporting organisations has allowed these organisations to use much needed funds elsewhere, whilst benefiting from our sessions. As local businesses donated spaces into clubs it has enhanced corporate social responsibility initiatives and enhanced community awareness.

Volunteering, jobs & education

Volunteering, jobs & education

Our training goes beyond mental health awareness raising, providing practical, actionable steps for participants to gain valuable skills and knowledge to manage their own mental health and if appropriate to support others. Participants left each session feeling more empowered and as a result this enhanced their work or volunteer roles. This empowerment has encouraged participants to feel more confident in the mental health space.

Arts, culture & heritage

Arts, culture & heritage

Our project has promoted a healthy culture of care within the local sporting community.

Activity, health and leisure

Activity, health and leisure

By creating more positive, safer environments, attendees have been able to create spaces within their organisations that are considerate of both mental and physical health. Creating a safe conversational space with in a corporate or club environment has allowed participants to engage more fully and holistically in activities.
