Activity, health and leisure

Activity, health and leisure

The children who participated in the Summer Days Out programme were encouraged to try new leisure activities, which boosted their self esteem and confidence. They were able to make new friends, helping them see they are not alone with their experiences. The project helped them create happy memories in a healthy active way, hugely benefitting their recovery from the trauma they have faced.
