The idea
With the news that the ECB has announced that there will be no professional cricket until 1st July (let alone amateur cricket) Storrington CC are left with bills to pay and no income.
The ECB will donate £100 to the cause once we hit at least £100 towards our target. Any donations are greatly appreciated.
We want to ensure there is a place for the whole community to come together to play and enjoy cricket. It will be more important than ever once this is all over.
What we'll deliver
- help pay for overheads and costs that we would incure for this season
- cover ground maintenance
Why it's a great idea
As the cricket season has ye to get underway and all our fundraisers are currently cancelled, we have no income... but we still have to pay the bills!
We love our cricket club and want to ensure it survives this crisis. With your help, we will be open again as soon as possible once it is safe to do so.
