Maximilian created her occupational therapy recede movement to help people achieve freedom from stiffness & pain. She takes delight in merging science & artistry, intended to make people become autonomous & achieve a sense of personal dignity in life regardless of their circumstances. Her life passion & purpose is to help people "FINISH WELL" which means being self-reliant & dignified whilst doing, everyday tasks with ease.
Maximilian's understanding of the body comes from her practical experience working as a model, performance artist. Qualifying & teaching as a personal trainer, nutritionist, group exercise coach & Alexander Technique practitioner. She completed a BA Hons in Business Management & Marketing plus achieved an Art foundation from Central Saint Martins University of the arts. Currently undergoing a research project in occupational therapy.
She has worked with organizations, hospitals & charities such as Sapphire Independent, I heart community, St Lukes plus Chealse & Westminster. Teaching her system to a broad public audience age 5 to 92.
