It was probably the worst time to try and establish new planting, but with the help of neighbours we kept watering and most of the grasses made it. Inevitably there were some victims but the have been replaced.

On 13th July the community came together and planted the beds.

We are hopeful that we will soon have a date to start the work! keep an eye on the Facebook page or look out for a notice on the beds.

Pledges are being collected7 years ago

At the moment Spacehive are collecting all the pledges once we have all the funds we can start buying tools etc. We are planning to carry out the work in mid June - watch this space! ( or @southfield flowerbeds on Facebook)
