Wellbeing centred co-working space prepares for launch, with support from Harrison Drury
Lancashire Business ViewWe’re proud to have supported Dave to make his vision possible. Having a licence gives Dave and his community interest company the flexibility to do different things with the space, opening up additional revenue streams by being able to hire out the space for all sorts of events and training days. In turn, this will enable them to help more people towards better mental health.

More about our impact
The local economy
We have provided a low cost in our locality. Providing training, creative and work space will significantly support organisations who may otherwise be unable to engage with a space of the type we are trying to create. Our ethos as an organisation is to create offerings that provide value to those who can financially contribute to allow us to gift back into those who cannot.
Arts, culture & heritage
No.1 Slater Terrace has transformed an unused heritage space in an industrial town and reshaped it as a modern hub for connection and creativity. Situated alongside the Leeds & Liverpool Canal our presence has allowed us to engage with other local organisations who are equally keen to promote the rich history of our town.
Activity, health and leisure
No1 Slater Terrace is a space designed to promote healthy conversation and as such encourage positive dialogue around mental health. Our space will reduce stigma and create a healthy environment for all who visit or work here.
