The idea

The 'Feed Buddy' enables individuals to practice on their own as it is an automated feeder system. The cost is 85 pounds each and we aim to purchase two. This means that players can practice on their own and coaches can focus on developing techniques rather than feeding balls. They will be available for use by seniors, ladies and juniors to develop technique and facilitate coaching.

What we'll deliver

  • Regular use of the 'Feed Buddies' at practice sessions.
  • Availability for individuals to use/book as desired

Why it's a great idea

The project will increase the quality of coaching as the coaches can focus more on technique rather than ball feeding. The individual user can take responsibility for developing their own game at any time. It will increase the range of experiences available at practice sessions and other times to enable players to develop specific batting skills.

Steps to get it done

  • Bowling machine bought and in use for start of 2021 season

The club prides itself on increasing participation and inclusivitu
