The idea
This project focuses on establishing a dedicated SEN hub designed to empower educators with the tools and knowledge needed to provide exceptional education for pupils with special educational needs. The hub will serve as a centralised resource, offering specialised training programmes, comprehensive materials, and expert guidance to help teachers adapt their instructional methods effectively. By fostering inclusivity and equipping educators with practical strategies, the SEN hub aims to enhance learning outcomes, promote equal opportunities, and ensure pupils with SEN can thrive academically and socially in diverse educational environments. There is an ever increasing demand on educators in mainstream settings to meet the needs of all children with decreasing school budgets, the hub would aim to support educators by sharing best practice and resources in cost effective way.
