We want to set up a climbing club for children and young people so that they can access this fantastic activity free of charge, develop great skills and team work and gain nationally recognised awards
We will set up a youth climbing club and run weekly sessions of both indoor and outdoor climbing and bouldering. The sessions will be delivered by qualified and experienced coaches and opportunities to develop and achieve nationally recognised awards (through the NICAS scheme). The young people will also be able to progress to volunteering through supporting their peers and other communities and at events with our mobile climbing wall.
