We were hugely greatful to recieve this letter of support from our local councillor Judith Holt - who said that our urban allotment would enhance the shopping centre aesethic as well as support the wellbeing and enoyment of local residents, schools and community groups. Thank you Judith for your kind words and hopefully with our community's support we can reach our target to make it happen!
Since the beginning of our campaign we have now raised £8,000! Which includes an astonishing £1,000 for individual backers! Thank you for the overwhealming support for this project! Every day we get one step closer to bringing this amazing project to Romford, and that is thanks to you! Thanks to Bellrock Engineering & The Mercury Shopping Centre - we will be able to make this project sustainable with onsite specialist enineering support, free rental of space in a really accessible and safe location, onsite support in building the site-specific installation with 'locker system' and a regular home for our harvest club and schools lessons! This has a combined monetry value of £14,200, and a specialist knowledge worth of so much more! Thank you guys!
