The idea
The gym has a variety of weights and equipment we desperately need new dumbbells and plates as they are over 1 years old and in need of repaid replacement.
Our studio which hosts boxing and kickboxing classes for adults and juniors is in need of redecoration, new boxing canvas and bags, the changing rooms need new showers and flooring.
With any funding we can maintain our facilities and continue to offer classes to the local community in martial arts and boxing, we have a large junior membership at the gym and cater for all abilities.

Why it's a great idea
we help lots of people in the local community get fit and enjoy a healthily lifestyle, we encourage in particular young people to tale up boxing martial arts to start them on healthy life style path, we are always sending our young boxers to compete around the UK and locally. Our gym is a family based unit with many members there for 10 years, we have junior NUS memberships for 13 years and upwards and work with many people who struggle with life obesity, mental health problems, bullying by using fitness we have changed peoples lives.
