The Canny Bin is extremely eye catching and stands out from any other bin in the city centre. It particularly appealing to look at and the different compartments make it clear and easy to understand and recycle. The bin is extremely creative, with artwork of a seal, which will be appealing and engaging to children.
The local economy
The Canny Bin is situated in Market Square, one of the highest footfall locations in Sunderland, and therefore will be extremely visible to visitors. This may catch visitors attention and encourage them to visit Sunderland again, resulting in spend and helping the local economy.
