I want to put some planters on Rufford Road in Crossens to make the village look better and fill them with plants and flowers all year
I’m fundraising for a community idea to improve the village in Crossens by putting planters along the road near the shops and main village to improve the look of the community and village

VolunteerI am a trustee of our local community association in crossens, we want to create a new community group to enable us to get some planters made by natural alternatives based in the Botanic Gardens in Southport. We need funding to buy the planters and also to provide plants and the associated public liability insurance as required by the highways authority. We hope that the project will encourage the development of community cohesiveness between local residents/ shops/ businesses and the church and the school and will also improve the environment of the village and surrounding areas and increase footfall into the village
