I am a committee member of Penge Forum, Penge Partners and the Friends of Cator Park and Alexandra Recreation Ground, which celebrates the fascinating heritage and history of Penge in South London. On behalf of the Town Team I would like to create a Heritage Trail for Penge raising awareness for local residents and visitors of the rich cultural story which Penge has to offer today. I have lived for over forty years in Penge and am passionate about steering this project through to completion. I do hope everyone will donate to the crowd-funding Spacehive appeal once it is up and running. Milton LLoyd (the new owners of the former police station) have pledged £1000 and Bromley Council have pledged contributions capped at £15,000 each for the purchse and installation of the pavement plaques.
