We had numerous clients opt to walk to the sessions and 2 clients who asked for the sessions to be during a walk in the park local to us.

We promoted independence and encouraged clients to engage in extra courses, volunteering roles with ourselves and others.

We were able to offer 3 clients the opportunity to come and volunteer at CWS. We provided training in volunteering, safeguarding, and listening ear. Other clients were able to return to work, or enrol in various courses within Sunderland College.

As clients attended our sessions they were given the opportunity to access other sessions our service ran. These sessions included fitness classes, fun family sessions, and healthy living sessions.
