The idea
There will be a mix of different music - with four hours of live music performance. All the family can get involved in making music at workshops that will run in tandem with the performance, if you want to try a new instrument or pick up where you left off there is space for all to have fun.
What we'll deliver
- Music workshops and music performances for four hours
Why it's a great idea
'On The Edge' is a music charity that produces music making activities for under 19 year olds, either as outreach workshops in schools, community events or at 'On The Edge' rehearsal space in Birmingham. 'On The Edge' also promote young professional musicians performances by facilitating concert series and outdoor music events.
This is a great idea because it allows more young people and their families to get exposure to live music making and live music performance.
Steps to get it done
- On The Edge, musicians and Ryders Green will work together to produce a four hour music event.
'On The Edge' are always looking for new locally based professional musicians who would like to teach and/or perform at events. 'On The Edge' also work with a growing team of young volunteers to make successful music events fun for all involved. If you think you'd like to get involved in either capacity, please get in touch with 'On The Edge' via e-mail [email protected]
