Mettaminds Open Wellbeing is aimed at promoting Movement/activity, breatjing and nutrition. The programme combines Tai Chi and gentle stretching, and explores other activities, with the aim of bringing regular movement into daily life. We introduced all particpants to: Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Walking. 14 particpants also took part in 10 week Tai Chi programme ran by Mettaminds. All particpants tried and experiemented with how movement could improve mental health.
