The idea
The club has a growing junior section, running both All Stars and Dynamos Cricket, as well as playing adult league matches on Saturdays and sociable friendly cricket on Sundays.
Most of our income comes from memberships and match fees, but a truncated (or cancelled) season will see significant reductions in this. These revenue streams are critical to the functioning of the club.
The crowdfunding income will be used for costs of upkeep to the square and net area in the coming months, in preparation for a restart either this summer or next.
We want to ensure there is a place for the whole community to come together to play and enjoy cricket. It will be more important than ever once this is all over!
