The idea
We are a non-profit-making organisation delivering the Duke of Edinburgh Award to young people in Crawley and surrounding area.
Our minibus is over 15 years old and is in desperate need of being updated! To continue to deliver the D of E Award to local young people, we need to raise funds for a new minibus.
£5000 has already been raised, and we are crowdfunding for the remaining funds. We are based at the West Green Community Centre and are a fully volunteer based group of adult staff under the management and support of WSCC YS.
The Duke of Edinburgh Award is the world’s leading youth achievement award. From volunteering to physical activities, life skills to expeditions, young people gain valuable skills which are viewed highly by employers and universities.
You can help ensure young people have the opportunity to take part in what is often a life changing experience. Please make a pledge today!
