With a jam session for those who want to perform later in the day.The opening of New Parks Library Cafe - a community centered &, driven venue providing not only healthy & delicious food at affordable prices,and a place for all generations to meet, but also the opportunity to train & gain experience & qualifications in the industry...and a Guinness book of records attempt to sign up as many children & young people on to the Summer schemes on offer in 2015 than ever before.
What we'll deliver:
- A big jam session to end the day - a celebration of music & community.
- A Guiness book of records attempt to sign up as many young people as possible to Summer schemes 2015
- Give the chance to try out many different instruments with talented musicians.
- New parks Library cafes grand opening,providing world foods.

New Parks is a truly great community. What it lacks in wealth it makes up for in Community spirit.The library is very much at the heart of this & together we hope to provide a mini festival where people of all ages can meet together & celebrate. To try new things, & to get involved in all things creative & healthy. To encourage new skills & build upon what already exists to promote well being & positivity for the future. This project is for everyone at New Parks.
