Music from 3 Cumbrian bands: Striding Edge, Weirdstring Band, and Cumbria Gaita Band and dance displays featuring Morris, Rapper and Applalachian Clog Dancing by 7 different dance sides.

What we'll deliver:

  • Public performance at the Market Cross from 10.00 a.m.
  • Music interspersed with dance displays

Why it's a great idea:

Free entertainment for the public. Showcases Cumbrian diversity of musical talent. Promotes Furness Tradition and its activities to the general public. Attracts visitors to the town, benefiting local business.
