The idea
The Marsden Defibrillator Association is committed to creating a safer Marsden through accessible emergency equipment and education. Partnering with the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, the Association is striving to install six defibrillators across strategically chosen locations, ensuring all are within a vital 4-minute reach of assistance. In addition, the initiative emphasises the importance of community education by running awareness and training sessions, empowering residents and visitors to confidently use the defibs when needed. By seeking ongoing funding for maintenance, the campaign not only supports health services but enriches Marsden’s resident and visitor safety in Marsden
