The local economy
PAM is a cultural attraction that encourages a diverse audience from within and outside of the town into the centre and further afield. Engaging with the local economy, using restaurants, cafes and hotels. PAM employed local people in production roles and financially supported LGBTQIA+ artists alongside renting local gallery spaces.
Volunteering, jobs & education
PAM created opportunities for 19 Volunteers working at exhibitions PAM ran a mentoring day for five young people through Arts Education Exchange PAM created freelance job roles for a curator, project manager and three facilitators
