The performances wouldn't have happened with without many hundreds of volunteering hours.
Arts, culture & heritage
We maintained our long tradition of bringing quality opera to Preston. With the help of our Spacehive donations we were able to give performance opportunities for our two principal casts. For most of our principals from Royal Northern College of Music, this was their first opportunity to perform in a fully staged opera with orchestra which will hopefully kick start their careers as professional singers. For our more established performers, adding La Traviata to their cv will help them build up their profile.
