Complete modernisation and refurbishment of the practice facilities at Leyland Cricket Club to ensure use by all members of the local cricket community
We are looking to completely overhaul our existing synthetic turf practice facilities with a modern and safe space so that all members of the local cricket community can use to train and enjoy the game in. Our existing facility has been used on a daily basis in summer for the past 20 years but it no longer meets the required health and safety standards required for continued use. The renovated facility will meet the latest technical standards and ensure that cricket practice can take place enabling all players young and old to improve their skills

The refurbished facility will allow cricketers of all ages and abilities to train in a safe environment. We will be able to encourage greater use of the facilities within the local community

VolunteerLeyland Cricket Club is a welcoming and inclusive organisation with the aim of providing the oppourtunity for as many people as possible from the local area to enjoy the game of cricket.
We provide cricket for junior players from ages 5 upwards as part of the England & Wales Cricket Board All Stars programme. We run over 20 age group teams from U9s upto U19s for young players to participate in. We have seven open age teams primarily playing at weekends.
Project Owner: Leyland Cricket Club The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
