The environment

The environment

We have breathed new life into spaces - with music and conversation, all linked to the Spanish guitar. Our sessions have re-purposed spaces in libraries, allotments and even campside fires along the canal! They are now well defined performance spaces - canalside and on the allotment!

Arts, culture & heritage

Arts, culture & heritage

417 people either enjoyed a micro-recital of a world-class guitarst and or/picked up a guitar themselves! Incredible connections across our Library Fun Palaces and with our Super Slow Way partners.

Wellbeing was the beating heart of the Flamenco in Five workshops & mini recitals. We've been incredibly moved by the response to the project. There quotes say it all: "I had lost my way. I've been in and out of re-hab. I've come to the session to learn how I can get a busking licence and get back on my feet." (Young male attended session with daughter!)
